For more than 30 years, I’ve led teams, built businesses, and overseen $100M+ revenue operations.
I earned the titles, received the promotions and was trusted with bigger teams, bigger decisions, and more responsibility.
Yet I still wondered whether I was good enough, would eventually be exposed or had finally reached my ceiling.
No new role, accomplishment, or pay bracket made those thoughts disappear.
For a long time, I believed the next achievement would finally prove that the story that was running wasn’t true. But it never did.
What changed was slowing down enough to question the story itself.
I began to understand that many of the thoughts that felt completely true were being shaped by beliefs, narratives, and patterns that had been with me for years.
Once I could recognize them, I could interrupt them.
And when I stopped automatically reacting to the story, I started operating much more naturally as myself.
Since then, I’ve helped more than 50 founders, CEOs, executives, and senior leaders understand the beliefs, narratives, and patterns influencing how they lead, decide, and respond.
Sometimes it’s a difficult leadership decision. Sometimes it’s a career transition, a business challenge, imposter thoughts, a relationship, or a pattern they keep finding themselves in.
The situation is often only what’s happening on the surface. The more useful question is what’s happening underneath it.
It comes from understanding what has been influencing you and learning how to operate more naturally as yourself.
That means getting curious about the story underneath the situation rather than immediately trying to fix the behavior on top of it.
Together, we look at what’s actually happening, what you’re telling yourself about it, and what patterns may already be influencing what you do next.
The goal isn’t to eliminate every difficult thought, it’s to recognize when one is beginning to run the show and create enough space to choose differently.
I still serve as a VP and deal with many of the same things my clients bring me: leadership pressure, difficult conversations, people decisions, shifting expectations, competing priorities, and moments when there isn’t an obvious answer.
This matters as I’m not coaching from the sidelines, I’m in the game also.
I work as a thinking partner who understands what these situations feel like when you’re actually responsible for the outcome.
Sometimes that means challenging the story you’re telling yourself, sometimes it means slowing the situation down so you can see it and sometimes it means helping you see what you already know but haven’t trusted yourself enough to act on.
Experience Matters

19 Years and Counting
That operating experience now sits alongside the work I’ve done with more than 50 founders, CEOs, executives, and senior leaders.
For one person, the shift may be trusting themselves enough to make a difficult decision.
For another, it may be recognizing the pattern that keeps creating the same business or leadership problem.
For someone else, it may simply be realizing that the story they’ve believed about themselves for years was never as true as it felt.
You don’t need to know exactly what the problem is or what kind of support you need before we speak.
Bring me the situation you’re navigating and what you’re thinking about it.
We can start there.
